  • How do I order something on

    It is very easy to order items on You add the items you want to your shopping bag. You then proceed to the checkout page. If you have a F.R.E.D. account, you can log in with your e-mail address.
    If you don’t have an account yet, create an account or order using the “guest checkout” option. 

  • Can I arrange for my order to be delivered to a different address?

    For all new orders, you can always arrange for the order to be delivered to a different address within the same country. You can specify the billing address and delivery address during the checkout procedure. You can also edit these in My F.R.E.D.. In this case, you must have an account already. 

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Once an order has been placed on, it is final and cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items, you can send them back as soon as you receive them. You will then be refunded.

  • How can I find articles quickly on the website?

    There is a search box at the top of the website. By entering what you want to search for into the box, you can quickly find products or answers to your questions.

  • Where can I find my account statement?

    You can view your account statements using “Recent orders” in “My F.R.E.D.” . To view all your orders, click on “View previous orders”

  • How can I contact the Customer Service department?

    The Customer Service department is open Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm. To contact us, go to the Customer Service page.

  • I have a complaint, who should I contact?

    If you are not happy with a product or our service, we would like to know. Please do use the contact form to get in contact with us quickly.

  • How can I find the closest F.R.E.D. store?

    Go to the store page to find the location of all our F.R.E.D. stores.

  • What is the best way to wash my items?

    Always wash new items before wearing. Delicate, red and dark items should be washed separately.
