Shipping & Delivery

  • How will my order be delivered?

    You will receive your order within three working days. Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday until Friday (except on holidays).
    We ship by courier service GLS. The evening before delivery, GLS will send you an e-mail. With this e-mail, you are able to change the delivery details such as the address or time. You can also inform that you do not wish to sign for the package and give your approval to leave it around the house, e.g. under the carport. Please be aware that by choosing this last option, delivery will be at your own responsibility. you can also choose to pick the package up yourself at a GLS depot.

  • What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

    GLS will try to deliver at one of your neighbours and will notify you with a message in your letterbox. If it wasn’t possible either to deliver at your neighbours, GLS will inform you as well with a notice in your letterbox. With this document, you can again change your delivery address or moment, indicate your choice to pick up your item at a GLS shop, etc. After two delivery attempts without success, GLS will return your parcel to F.R.E.D. and your payment will be refunded.

  • Can my order be delivered to a postbox address?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible.
  • To which countries does F.R.E.D. ship orders?

    F.R.E.D. delivers orders to Belgium and the Netherlands. If you would like your order to be delivered in an other country, please do contact us before completing your order. Contact form

  • How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
    Orders are delivered within three working days.
  • What are the shipping costs?

    The shipping cost for shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands are €3.95 per order.

  • I ordered the wrong size or colour, what should I do?

    If you have ordered the wrong size or colour of the item you ordered, you can do one of the following:

    1. Send the item back to us and order it again on
    2. Send the item back to us and buy the item in one of our stores. (Note that some stores do not carry the entire range.)

  • I haven't received my order, what should I do?

    If you have not received all the items you ordered, please contact our Customer Service department.

  • I received an item I did not order, what should I do?

    If you have received an item you did not order, please contact our Customer Service department.
